Returns Policy

Basic returns policy

You may return most new, unopened items: TVs, computers, monitors, projectors, camcorders, digital cameraswithin 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping). 30 days for all other products.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging withall manuals, accessories, cords, cards, remotes, plates, discs, etc.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not able to be returned including:

  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
  • Non-defective, opened computer software.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee for non- defective items is applicable in some product categories:

  • 25% for Special Order Products, including appliances
  • 15% for opened TVs, notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors, GPS navigation

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

If the product is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals, a missing item or damaged product fee may be charged.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.

Large Item Returns

If you are returning a scheduled home-delivery item (e.g., TV), please call to arrange a pickup time.

These items do require a special type of return and cannot be returned like standard shipments.

If you need to return an item shipped via a specialty shipper, please visit our online ReturnsCenterand request the return. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item.

Note:Any return that is not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

ReturnsCenter

Just visit our online Returns Centerand we will guide you through the process and even supply you, if you wish, with a return mailing label you can print out.

The return mailing labels obtained from our online Returns Center are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S.

If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect product), we'll pay the return shipping costs.

If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping costs for that item.

Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment.

Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund.

Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
